ing the 4 aohool house building bonds of Common Sohool Dist ri of No. 6 of Kerr County,
Tease, of the denomination of $ 300.00 each, aggregating the sum of $ 1200.00 with acorued
interest and after due aoneideration the Court is of the opinion that it would be to the
beet interest oY the Berr County permanent aohool fund now on hand to purohaee said bond a,
paying therefor face value with accrued interest to date- and it is eo ordered by the
Court. The Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to Yurnish the Depository of Karr County
aohool funds with a certiYied copy oY this order YoT tho Depository's direction in trans-
ferring, charging and orediting said'funde.
