Bow therefore the Commissioners' Court oP %err County, Tezaa, do hereby order
that an el cation be held on the 16th day oP Yay, 1914, at the Perde Sohool House in said
Common Sohool Dietriot Bo. 10 oP this County, as established by order oP the Commission-
ara' Court oP this County oP date the 9th Bey oP Bovamber, 1903, which ie reoorded in book
F page 176 oP the minutes of said Court, to determine whether a majority of the legally
qualified property taz paying voters oP that Dietriot desire to fez themselves Por the
purpose of supplementing the State Sohool Fend apportioned to said Dietriot the sum of 40
oente instead oP 16 oente on the $100 valuation of tazabla property in said Dietriot and
to determine whether the Commissioners' Court oP %err County shall be authorized to levy,
assess and oolleot annually a taz oP and at the rate of 40 oente instead of lb cents on
the $ 100 valuation of taxable property in said Dietriot for said purpose.
