hereby taken up at par value and eoorued interest out of the Kerr County permanent School
y Fupd, and the Clerk is hereby authorised to furnish the Karr County Depository and the
I Treasurer of Kerr County each a copy of this order for their guidance herein.

in Brest
- ~ to Roy Langenberg, same amounting to $ 3b,B00.00, with 6 nfrom April 10th, 1914, and when
said amount is paid the bonds shall be turned over to said purchaser.
It ie further ordered that the Lockwood National Bank oY San Antonio, Teaas, be paid
E ~ oommi esion on the face value of said bonds, for procuring a purchaser for said bonds,
and that same be pald out of the ad valorem fund, and the Clerk is hereby instructed to
issue hie warrant there Yor.
It is further ordered that the oorreapondenoe eta. relating to the sale of said bonds
be by the Clerk of this Court spread upon the minutes oY this Court, and that the Depos-
itory and Treasurer be furnished a copy each of this order.
