obligation. s_thi s, that said Bruno Schott has contrasted and built a cedar bridge across
the Guadalupe on the '.:errville and Turtle Creek road and guarantees that said bridge will
stand a rise oY not less than 10 ft of~~seiid river. idow if said bridge shall stand said rise
and remain in perfect condition, then this obligation shall become null and void, but if
said bridge ah all not do so then said Bruno Sohott shall repair said bridge at his own
cost and expense, to its original oonditi on. In case of a washout, or a partial one said
Schott and his bondsmen will not be releas e~l until the bridge is rar: ;i red and made to stand
another rise of the river not less than ten feet.
