Se it remembered that upon the 11th day of Hov. 1914, at a regalar term of
Commissioners' Court Dame on to bs oonaidered the creation and establishment of a County
line eohool dietrlot, composed of territory lying in Karr and Kendall Counties and upon
a portion of which ie boated the town of Oemiort sad the eohool hones for said Diatriet,
in Kendall County; and it appearing to the Court that the Ednoational interest of said
territory Dan be beet conserved and maintained by the creation of said territory into s
County line eohool Diatriot.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged sad decreed by the Court that the following
described territory (by metes and bounds) with surveys end parts of eurvoys and aarea of
lend, be sad the same are hereby created and established into a County line ehhool District
known ea Comfort Diet. Ho. ' _ end Kendall County is hereby designated to manage and
hays control of said County line School District.
