line Sohool distriot, oompoeed of territory lying in Kerr sad Kendall Counties and upon
a portion of whioh ie looated the town of Oemiort sad the sobool hones for said Dietriot,
in Kendall County; and it appearing to the Court that the Ednoational interest of said
territory oan be beet oonesrvod and maintained by the oreation of said territory into a
County line Sohool Dietriot.
It ie therefore ordored, adjudged end deoreed by the Court that the following
d9eoribed territory (by metes and bounds) with surveys and parts of surveys and sores of
land, be and the same era hereby orasted and established into a County line shhool Distriot
Mown Ae Comfort Diet. Bo. ? _ and Kendall County is hereby designated to manage and
