State and of a reputable professional standing.
It ie therefore ordered by the Court that said Erneet E. Palmer Y.D. be and he is hex
appointed County Health Officer, in and Yor Kerr County, Texas, for a period of two years
or until hie enccasaor Se appointed and duly gnallfied, unless sooner removed for oauae.
