borrowing money for the purpose of repairing the publio roads of Kerr Oonnty and especially
the publio evade of Preot. Bo. 4, Ksrr County rendered impassible by the rsoent overflows,
std there being no availa,le money belonging to Kerr County to defray the ezpenaee of re-
pairing said roads, and there being an imperitiva publio neoeesity for the repair of said
roe de and Chee. So hreiner having offered to loan Kerr County a reasonable sum for the repair
of said roads at the rate of 6 E/3~ It,ie therefore ordered by the Court that Lee Wsllsoe
1n his oifloial oepeoity as Oo 3ndge of 8err Co. eseoute a cote to Chae. Sohreiner for the
loan of ~1b00.00 payable Feby. 16th, 1916 at the rata of interest above aiatloaed, and
that the same be attested by the Clerk of this Court.
