Court to appoint Osoar Reunhoffer, Justice of the Peace, is said Justice Precinot Ro.3,
and same having been read and considered by the Court, is granted and Oscar Neunhoffer,
ie appointed Justice of the Yeace within and for said Justine Precinct Ro.3, of Kerr
County, 'i'exae, as prayed for in the petition, upon giving the required bond and same
meets the approval of the Court.
