petition bearing the requisite nwnber of slgnatures of property taxpaying voters of said Die
triot, and being in every respect in conformity With law:

do hereby order that an election be.hsl3-on the E9 day of Dec.19I6 at Sunset School House in
said Corunon School Diatriat Ho. 3 of this Comty as aetabllahod by order of the Commieaioner
Court of this County, of date the Ed day of liaroh 1914, whio~t,ie recorded in Book G page 87,
S9, 90, 91 of the minutes of said Court, to determine whether a sla~ority of the legally
quali4led voters of that Dietrlat desire to tea themselves for the purpose of supplementing
