began and holden s Special Term of the Commiseionere' Court of Kerr County,Texsa, at the
Court House thereof, in the town of Kerrville, Texas.

The Tax $olle, of Tax Assessor, W.G.Peterson were carefully examined and
found in good form and correct, were approved, and the clerk of this Court is instructed
to ptty said Tax Assessor, W.G.Peterson, the balance of his salary or commiaeione after
deducting the amount all ready advanced or sllowsd him by this court, for the current year,

out of the dory Fund of this County, same being in full settlement with said Tax Aaseaeor
for ooz2nisaiona for the year 1916.
