Il:oore having not bean completed acoording to their said Contract and agreement with this Court and that there Sea public necessity to maintain a good road for the travel ing public at said plane- It is ordered by the Court that the said Callaway open said Old road so closed by him at said point for the travel. oY the public until said new road be completed ace ording to said Contract. It is ordered that oertlfied copies of this order be served on said Callaway & S:oore one each, immediately for their guidance herein.
