The Court having been regularly opened the Yollowing proceedings were had, to-wit;-

It having Dome to the knowledge oY the Court that the old Kerr~111e & Rockapring Road
has been closed by Jno. S. Callaway at the Vining Spring Crossing on~Crh~}'Guadalupa River
and that the proposed New Road at said plane to be eonatruoted and. maintained by said Call-
away & T. J. boo re having not bean completed aeoording to their ea id Contract and agreement
with this Court and that there ie a public necessity to maintain a good road for the travel
ing publin at said pleas- It is ordered by the Court that the said Callaway open said Old
road ao oloaed by him nt said point for the travel oY the public until said new road be
completed ace ording to said Contract. It is ordered that oerti Yiad aopiea of this order be
served on said Callaway & &Soore one sash, immediately for their guidance herein. And that
said old road not be oloaed again until said New road be eaoepted by this Court.

the levy of Ad Valorem School Tax, not to exceed fifty cents on the 100.00 valuation in
the County and not to exceed one dollar on the'~100.00 valuation in the District for the
purpose of maintaining the public schools of the County or of the district.
