~ S~l~ The Commissioners` Court of Kerr County in session Sept. 26, 1916,
made and entered of reoord the Yollawing order:
Under and by authority oY Chapter 62 of the General Law oY the Tegea 32nd Legislature
1911.
That the sum of X1000 (One Thousand Dollars) be and hereby is appropriated and is set
aside annually out of the funds of Kerr County, to suppleceent the funds of the U. d. Depart
meht of Agriculture in paying the salary of the County Agent of the Farmers Cooperative
Demonstration fork, in Kerr County.
Said sum shall be paid out upon receipt of vouchers drawn a~nd11 app m ved '~y the Depart-
ment's Authorized Agent and becomes available on or a°ter the /fLC day oi'~_ 1916.
And as long as the U. 3. Department of Agriculture will conduct said u::rk in said Coca
this court order shall be continuous, that the sum of y1000 (One ^.housand Dollars) be paid
out as above stated annually, until revoked by special order of the Com~dssioners Court of
Kerr County, Texae.
In event said court Yind it necessary to revoke the abo~re order; the order discontinui
same shall be pealed only during the month of Oot. or tiov., which time will Be near the cl~
03 a season and the years work. Otherwise this order shall rem8ln iu Rill force from year
to year,and said money shall be paid in monthly installments of ~83-1~3 monthly and said
Agent shall give hie entire time to Karr Co.
There being no Yurther bush-ess to come before the Court at this time, Court Adjourned
The foregoing minutes Pram page 230 to 231, inclusive, were read is open Court
