COUNTY OF KERB .
~ `t~~ The Commissioners' Court of Kerr County in session Sept. 26, 1916,
made and entered of record the following order:
Under and by authority of Criapter 62 of the General haw of the Texas 32nd legislature
1911.
That the sum of X1000 (One Thousand Dollars) be and hereby is appropriated and is set
aside annually out of tL+e funds of Kerr County, to supplement the fund.a of the U. 9. Depart-
meat of Agriculture in paying the salary of the County Agent of the F'ermera Cooperative
Demonstration SCork, in Kerr County. ,
Said sum shall be paid out upon receipt oĢ vouchers drawn a-ndy app m ved by the Depart-
ment's Authorized Agent girl becomes available on or after the /{t,(, day oĢ ~ 1916.
And as long as the U. 3. Departrent of Agriculture will conduct said. xrk in said Count
this court order shall be continuous, that the smn of y1000 (One Thousand Dollars) be paid
out as above stated annually, until revoked by special order oĢ the Commissioners Court of
Kerr County, Texas.
In event said oourt Lind it necessary to revoke the abo~re order; the order discontinui~
sane shall be passed only during the month of Oct, or IDov., which time will be near the clw
oĢ a season and the years work. Otherwise this order shall remdin iu flxll farce from year
to year,and said money shall be paid in monthly installments oĢ ~83-1~3 monthly and said
Agent shall glue his entire time to Kerr Co.
There being no further business to dome before the Court at this time, Court Adjourns
