of an lleotion held on the 24th day of Yaroh, A.D. 1917, bo determine whether or not bonds
of pond Dietriot lo.Two of 8err Qounty, Tezsa, should b• issued to the .amount of Fiftesa
9b one and Dollars, bearing interest. at the rata of five per oentnm per annum,. payablo twenty
years from date, for the purpose of conetruoting, maintaining and operating maoadamised,
gravelled or paved roads and tnrnrpikea or in rid thereof, and whether or not a tax shall
be oaaial3g:aaYlad, assessed sad oollsated in said Road District No.Two, of Kerr County,
Teaea, sufficient to pay the onrrent interest on said bonds and to provide the required
slaking fund to redeem them at maturity, and it appearing that said alaotdon was in all
respeota lawfully held, and said leturne duly and legally made, and that there were oast
-ih;arirl elootion one hundred and twenty seven votes of which number one hundred and a even
were oast for the Ieauance of said bonds and the levying of a tax in.payment therefor and
Twenty votes were cast against the issuance of said bonds and the levying of the tea in
payament tharador.

and Levy said tea was oarripd and sustained by a two thirds ma~orlty vote of the qualified
property tsa payers voting at said election, and that the Commiaeionare' Court of said
