F. A. %arger, Jemee Crotty and Hugo Wiedenfeld are hereby appointed as a Com-
mittee to investigate and ad~uat the trouble arising from a certain water dump erected
across the Cherry Creek Road which lradna the flood water on to Leeder's Pieta.
The foregoing minutes Prom page 849 to 261 inclusive were read in open Court
