On this 9th day oP April, 1917, the County Commissioner's Court of Kerr County,
Teaea, being convened in Special Suasion, all the members oY said Court being present, to-
wits Lee Walleoe, - - - - - - - - -county Judge

and passed the following order, to-wit:
Whereas, at an Eleotion held Yor the purpose, on the 24th day of Marah, A. D.
1917, a two-thirds Majority of the resident property tax payers who are qualified voters
` of Road District No. Two of Kerr Connty,"Tez®s, voting at said Eleotion, voted in favor
of the proposition to focus Bonds and levy a Tax in payment therefor, by a vote oP 107
votes for and 20 agaipst the proposition.
1. Therefore, be it ordered by the Commissioner's Court of Kerr County, Teaea,
that the Road Bonds oP Road District No, Two of Kerr County, Teass, be called "Road Bonds
of Road District Bo. Two oY 8err County, Tease," be issued on the faith and credit of
said Road District No. Two of Kerr County, Teaea, under and by virtue of an Aot of the
Pirat called Session of the Thirty First Legislature, approved April 8th, 1909, Por the
purpose of aonatruoting and maintaining meaadamised, gravelled or paved roads and turn-
pikes, ar in aid thereof.
E. Seid Bonds 8haI1 be numbered consecutively Prom one to thirty, inclusive,
shall be of the denomination oP Five Hundred ($b00.00) Dollars each, aggregating Fifteen
Thousand and No/100 (~1b,000,00) Dollars.
3. They shall be dated April 10th, 1917, and shall become due and payable twen-
ty years from their date, but may be redeemable at the pleasure of said Road District No.
Two, oP Kerr County, Tezse, at any time after Fioe years Prom their date.
4. They shall bear interest at the rate oP Five per centum per enn .able
on the 10th day of lpril, of esah year. '
b. Principal and interest shall be payable upon presentation and s of
Bonds, or proper Conpone in lawful money of the IInited States of America, at the office of
National
Chas. Schreiner, Banker, 'Kerrville, Tease, or the Chemical~Bank of~New York City, ft. Y,
at the option of the holder.
6. The said Bonds shall be signed by the County Judge, couteraigned by the
Connty Clerk and registered by the County Treasurer of Kerr Connty, Tease, and the Seal
oP the Commissioner's Court of said County shall be impressed upon each oP them.
7. The Pao-eititike signature of the County Judge, and County Clerk may be litho-
graphed on the Conpone attached to said Bonds.
8. It is further ordered by the Commissioner's Court that to paq the interest
on said Honda and create a oinking Pund to redeem them at maturity, a tea of 8lneteen
oeata on each One Hundred Dollars valuation of teseble property in Bald Road District,
No. Two, of Kerr County, Teaea, shall be annually levied on said property and annually
asaesed and collected, or~so much thereof as may be necessary, until said Bonds with in-
tercet thereon, have been fully paid, said tea ie here now levied for the currant year
and eo much thereof ae may ba necessary for each aueoeeding year while said bonds are
outstanding, and the'eame shall be assessed and collected Por the current year,. and so
