A. %arger, (Commissioner) is hereby authorized to superintend the removal of sa^re. 2nd: Permission is hereby grsntad the Lad lea of the Le nbue to beautify the Court ' House grounds as per their request. 3rd: Because of the strengency of the timos and the pressing need for the out- lay of the public money for thln~s rro re material, the Court does not at this time deem it wise to make an actual outlay of money for the Luilding of walksin the Court Housc Yard.
