Civic League regarding the removal of lumber, vehioles and other unsightly impedim eats from the Cau rt 13ouse Grounds, the laying of walks therein and granting the League permission to beautify same; the Court upon such requests makes the following atatemerrta and orders: _- 1st: Ail lmnber, trash and other unsightly things in the Court House Yard not in antusl use and under tt:e supervision of the Court are hereby ordered removed and F. A. %arger, (Comr.:iaeioner) is hereby authorized to superintend the rer,:oval of same. 2nd: Perm isaion is hereby granted the Lediea of the Le abue to beautify the Court House grounds as per their request. 3rd: Because of the strer:gency of the tirws and the pressing need for the out- lay of the publio money for thins more ma terlel, the Court does not at this time deem it wise to malo; an eatual outlay of money for the building of walks in the Court House Yard.
