Appointment of Justice of Peaoe.
June 4th,1917.
On this day cr me on to be cor~id eyed the applice tion of Edward Smith, ea king
this court to appoint him Justice of the Peace within and for Breoinet No.4, of Kerr County,
Texae, end the Court having considered the same, and it appearing that_ said Edward Smith,
is a fit person and quellf Ted Yor such office, it is therefore ordered that his applioat ion
be accepted and he is hereby appointed Justice of thM Peaoe in and for Justice precinct No.
4 of Kerr Oounty, Tazea, and the Clerk of this Court will notify said Smith to appear and
execute the required Bond as Jue tics ~P the Peaoe end take the oath of office.
