Thy 35th Legislature passed a law, which is now in effect, reorganizing the 38th and
63rd Judioiel Distriata, H. B. 844, Chap. 209, page 487, General Laws, whereby the 38th
Judioiel District of Teaea wil], be composed of the following Counties.
Handers County 3 weeks Term, Spring and Fall.
Kendall County, 3 "
Kerr County 4 "
Medina County 4 " " "
Real County 2 " ~
Zavala County 3 " ^ ^
The General Laws of the State of Texas passed by the 32nd Legislature, in 1911,
Chap. 119, Sec. 8, providoa that in district composed of two or more counties the official
shorthand reporter shall reoeiva a salary of $1600,00 per annum, to be paid monthly by
the eountles coma owing the di strict, in proportion to the number of weoka provided by law
for holding court in the respective counties.
This amount should therefore be apportioned ea follows:
