Thy 35th Legislature passed a law, which is now in effect, reorganizing Lhe 38th and
63rd Judicial Dietriote, H. B. 844, Chap. 209, page 487, General Laws, whereby the 38th
Judicial Dietrlot of Texas will be composed o2 the following Counties.
~Bandera County 3 Weeks Term, Spring and Fall,
Kendall County, 3 ^

The General Laws oY the State o£ Texas peasad by the 32nd Legislature, in 1911,
Chap. 119, Sec. 8, provides that Sn diatriat composed of two or more counties the of£iciel
eh orthand reporter shall reoeive a salary of $1b00,00 per annum, to be paid monthly by
the oountiea aomnosing the diatriat, in proportion to the mnnber of weeks provided by law
for holding court in the respective counties. '
This amount should therefore be apportioned sa follows:
