26th day of July A,D.1917,in common School District No.S, of Kerr County, upon the question
of supplementing the State School Fund apportioned to said District for the support and
maintenance of public free schools thereon, by laving and collecting annually 25 cents
on the X100.00 valuation on all taxable property in said Dletriot. And iE appearing that
said election was in all respect:; legally held, ~n& thnt said returns sere duly and legel-
ly made and that there mere neat at said election 11 votes, of which number there were
oast;
For Sohool Tax, Eleven Votes,
Against School Tax, Votes.
•nd it appearing to the Court from said returns that a mhjority of the qualified property
tax paying voters of slid District voting et said election vote~'~ in favor of and for said
tax, the Court does hereby declare the said tax to have carried 1n said Dlstrict, and that

present Demonstration Agent of Kerr County be passed end apre ad on the minutes of this
Court end same is hereby accordingly done.
