Judge and Coruniasioner of Preoinct No.l, in favor of C.L.@hwoas, collector dor the Southern
Nursey Company of Winchester i'enn., on December 12,1917, for 30 pecan trees, ordered paid
and confirmed by the Court.

County,Texas, Book 1 on page 166, Said returns showing there were 383 votes cast por
Prohibitiin cad 456 asst Against Yrohibition, and a ma~orlty of 63 votes Against Prohibit
