Deed Raoorde of Hrown Cannty, Texas; that J. •. Pinson eaeouted, in part paynent for said
land, one note for the enm of $304.00, of even date with enid Deed dna in tea years after
date, bearing 10 per cent interest per annum, interest payable annually in advance; that
enid note, with aacrned interest thereon, was declared to have been Sally released and
satisfied by A. L. PSnaon, agent of Kerr County for the sale of her school leads in Brown
County, Texas, by na instrument dated January E8, 1889, which hen been eahibited to the
8onrt, which appears to be of record in Brown County, Tease, in Volme Y, page 6E3, of
the Deed Reoorda of Brawn County, Texas; that the prise paid for said land rapreaented
the fair value of the land at that time; that an ezamination of the records in the
Treaenrer'a office of Kerr County discloses the fact that full }ayment of said note,
with scorned interest thereon, was made to Kerr County, and that the agreed coasideratiob
