on, was deolared to have been fully released and eatiafied by A. L. Pinson, agent of
Kerr County Yor the sale of its Sohool Lands in BlOwD County, Texas, by 6a instrument
dated Jannary'29, 1899, whioh hen been ezhibit ed to the Court, and which appears to be
oY record in Brown County, Texas, in Vol. Y, page 623, of the Deed Reoorde of said
County; that the prioe paid for said land~by Jacob A. Pinson, represented the Ysir value
of said land at the time oY the sale; that an ezaminntion oY the reoords in the Trea~-
