Bartel and Chsa. Bartel for said lands lying along and adjaoent to Bald roads for the pur-
ahaee of a strip of land 10 feet wide lying an the north aide of the (:uadalupa ]oad,Beglnn
at the South Weat oorner of Chsa. Hartel'e tract of land and ruuning in an easterly direct
th said road 306 verse;
Also another strip of land along the Bartel,road being 10 foot
side at the point of beginning and narrowing to a point at deatlnatlon 372 verse. the point
of beginning being the point where said 10 feet on the 6nadalupe road ended.
Said land Lo be paid for on tl}a basis of ~;00.00 per acre and the
