Be it remembered that on this the 20th. day of Sept „ A. D. 1918, came on to be hear
and considered the npplioation of B, F. Laakey of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to parches
seed Por planting purposes and Peedetuffs for the work stook of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the coi:rt is of the opinion that said applicatio
should he granted and that said applicant be extended a loan oP ~73.F0 in seed and PeedstuP
to oonaist oP the Poll owing: 70 bushels of eats.
And the clerk oP this court, be and he is hereby directed to issue to said applicant
an order nn this Court Po rthe number oP bushels and pounds of the flbove described seed and
Peedetuffs, as above stated, oondltio nod that said apr licant shall sign a contract in dupli-
cate, attested by said Clerk, to the affect that said applicant, for and in onside ration of
the seed and Peed Purniah ed him as described Sn this rrder and of the value of 73.50 agrees
in writing to pay to %err County, Texas, the said sum of .~~73.50 on Aug. 1, 1919, together
with five per Dent interest per annum from the date oP this contract until paid, together
with ten per Dent attorney's Peea on said amount if suit should be brought on sa.^.e for its
