Be it remembered that on this +.he 20th, day of Sept., A. D. 1918, came oo to be heard
and Iona id Bred the nppliaetion oŁ B, F. Lackey of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to pnroh are
eeed for planting purposes and feedstuffs for the work stook of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the oourt is cf the opinion that said application
should ba granted and that said applicant be extended a loan of 73.50 in seed and feedstuff
to consist of the following: 70 bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this eo nrt, be and he Ss hereby directed to issue to said applicant
an order on this Court for the number of bushels and pounds of the above descr 4ed seed and
feedstuffs, as above stated, conditioned that said aprlicant sha7.1 sign a contract in dupli
cats, attested by said Clerk, to the effect that said applicant, for and in topside ration o
the seed and Seed furnished him as deaori.bed in this crder and of the value of 73,50 agree
in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texas, the said svm of 73.50 on Aug. 1, 1919, together
with five per Dent interest per annum from the date oŁ this contract until paid, together
with ten per Dent attorney's fees on said amount if suit should be brought on sane for its
collection, ae is provided for in Seotion 5 of the pct of the Thirty-fifth Legislature,
Fourth Called Seeaion, 1918, known as the "Drought Relief Act."

should be granted and that said applicant be extended a loan of X63.00 in eeed and~feedst~,rff ,
to consist of the following: 60 bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this court be, and ha is hereby directed to issue to said applicant

feedstuffs, as above stated, conditioned. that said applioant shall sign e contract in dupli
