Be it remembered that on this the 20th. day of Sept., A. D. 1918, came on to be heard
and aonaidared the npplioation of B. F. Laokey of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to purchase
need for planting purposes and feedatuffe for the work clock oY said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereoY, the court is of the opinion that said applicatio
should he granted and that said applicant be extended a loan of X73.50 in seed and feedstuf
to oonsiat of the following; 70 bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this court, be and he is hereby directed to issue to said lpplicant
an order nn this Court fo rthe number of bushels and pounds oY the above described seed and
feedetuYfa, as above stated, oonditioned that said applicant shall sign a contract in dupli
cats, attested by said Clerk, to the effect that said applicant, for and in censide ration o
the seed and Seed furnlehed him as described in this rrder and of the valve of 73,50 agree
in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texas, the said sum of ;73.50 on Aug. 1, 1919, together
with five per cent interest per annum from the date oY this contract until paid, to€ether
