Be it remembered that on this the 20th, day of Sept., A. D. 1918, cane on to be he
and considered the appllontion of John Reea, of Kerr County, Texas, for a loss to purchase
seed for planting purposes and feedetuffa for the workatook of ea id applicant for the year
1918, and aster due consideration thereof, the court if of the opinion that said appliaetio
should be granted end that said applioant be extended a loan of 110.00, in seed and iead-
etufis, to ooneiet of the following: 80 bushels of oats; 10 bushels of wheat. '
And the clerk oP this court be, and he ie hereby directed to issue to said applicant
an order on this court for the number of bushels and pounds of the above deearibed seed and
feedatufis, as above stated, conditioned that said applioant ehnll sign a aontraot in dnpli
