Be it remembered that on this the 20th. day of ,Sept., p. D. 1918, came on to be hear
and co naidered the apFl is atlon of L. L. Aees of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to purchase
seed Por planting purposes and feedetuffa for the work stock of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court ifi of the opinion that eaifl applioatio
ehonld be granted and that said applicant be extended a loan of X136.00 in seed and feed-
etuffe, to aonaiat of the following: 20 bushels of wheat; 80 buahela of oats.
And the clerk of this court ba, and he Ss hereby directed to issue to said appliaent
an order on th ie r.nurt for the number of bushels and pounds of the above deaoribed seed and
feedatuffe, na above stated, conditioned that said applicant shall sign a contract in dupli
sate attested by said clerk, to the affect that said appllcant, for and in consideration of
the seed and Seed furnished him as described in this order and of the value of X136.00,
agrees in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texas, the said sum of X136.00, on Aug. 1, 1919,
together with five per cent interest per annum from date of th a contract until paid, to-
gether with ten per cent attorney's Yeee on Bald amount if suit should be beought o^ came
for its collection, ea is provided for in Section 5 of the Act, of the Thirty-fifth Legis-
lature, Fourth Called Session, 1918, known ea the "Drought Relief pct."

and considered the npplieation~of Guy Burney of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to purchase
seed for planting purposes and feedatuffa for the work stook of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court is of the opinion that said applioatio
should be granted and that said appliaent be extended a loan of $141.00 in ee~d and feed-
stuffs, to oonaidt of the following:
30 bushels of wheat; 60 buahela of oats.
And the clerk of this court be, end ha is hereby directed to issue to said applicant
nn order on this court for the number of buahela and pounds of the above described seed and
feedatuffe, ea above stated, conditioned that said applicant shall sign a contract in dupl
