feedatuffa, ea above stated, conditioned that said applicant shall sign a contraot in dupli
Cate attested by said clerk, to the effect that said applioant, for and in oo na ideration of
the seed and seed furnished him as described in this order and of the value of X136.00,
agrees in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texea, the said sum of X136.00, on Aug. 1, 1919,
together with five per cant interest per annum from date of th a oontract until paid, to-
gether with ten per cent attorney's fees on said amount if suit should be beo ught on same
for its colleotion, as Ss provided for in Section 5 of the Act. oY the Thirty-fifth Legis-
