Be it remembered that on this the 20th. day of Sept., A. D. 1918, creme on to be heard

seed Por planting purposes and Peedatuffe for the work stook of said applioant for the year
1918, and after due oonaideration thereof, the court is of the opinion that said applioatio
should be granted end that said applicant be extended a loan oP ~b2,00, in seed end Łeed-
etuffa, to consist oP the following, 20 bushels oP wheat.
And the clerk of this oourt be, and he is hereby directed to issue to said applioant
an order on this court Por the number of bushels and pounds of the above described seed and
feedstuffa, ea above stated, conditioned that said,applicant shall sign s enntract in dupli
ante, attested by said clerk, to the effect that said applicant, Por and in consideration o
the seed and Peed Purniahed him as described in this order and of the value oP X52.00,
agrees in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texas, the said sum of x'62.00, on Aug. 1, 1919, to
