Be it remembered that on this the 21st. day of Sept., A. D. 1918, came on to be
and o one id aced the applioation of J. C. Sing, of Kerr County, Texsa, for a loan to purahese
seed for planting purposes and feedatuffs for the work stock of said applio ant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court ie of the opinion that said applicatio
should be gran tad and that said applio ant be extended a loan of ~26.2b, 1n seed and feed-
stuffa, to consist of the following: 25 bushels of Date.
And the ale rk of this court be, and he is hereby directed to issue to said applicant
an order on this court for the number of bus he la and pounds of the above de so ribed seed and
feedetuffe, as above stated, oonditioned that Bald applio ant shall sign a contract in dnpli
cafe, attested by said clerk, to the effaot that said applicant, for and in oonaideration
of the seed and feed furnished him as described 1n this order and of the value of ~R26.85,
agrees in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texsa, the said sum of $26,2b, on Aug. 1, 1919,
together with ten per Dent interest per annum from date of this aontraot until paid, togeth
with ten par Dent attorney's fees on said amount if suit should be brought on same for its
oolleotion; ea is provided for in Seotion 6 of the Aot of the Thirty-fifth Legislature,
Fourth Called Seaeion, 1918, known sa the "Drought Relief Act.^

and considered the applioation of L. A. Leinwebar, of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to pur
chase seed for planting purposes end feedstuffs Yor the work stook of said applicant for th
year 1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court is of the opinion that said appli
cation should be granted and that said applio ant be extended a.aoan of ~p120.00, in seed and
feedstuff a, to oonsiat of the following: 30 bus hale of wheat; 40 bus hale of oats.
