Be it remembered that on this the 21st. day of Sept., A. D. 1918, came on to be he
and Done id Bred the applioati on of J. 0. Sing, of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan t0 purchase
seed for planting purposes and feedatuffs for the work stack of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court is of the opinion that said applio atio
should be granted and that said applicant be extended a loan of ~26.2b, in seed and feed-
stuffs, to consist of the following: 25 bushels oP Date.

feedatuffs, as above stated, conditioned that said applicant shall sign a contract in dupli

with ten per Dent attorney's fees on said amount if suit should be brought on same for its
collection, ae is provided for in Section 5 of the Aot of the Thirty-fifth Legislature,
Fourth Called Session, 1918, known ea the "Drought Relief Aot."
