Be it remembered that on this the 21st. day of dept., A. D. 1918, came on to be ha
end considered the application of C. S. Burke, of Kerr County, Texas, for a loan to
seed for planting purposes and feedatuffa for the work stock of said applicant for the year
1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court ie of the opinion that said applicatio
aho uld be granted and that said appl lc ant be extended a loan of ~78.b0, in seed and feed-
stuffs, to consist of the following: 10 bus he la of wheat; 50 bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this oo urt be, and he Se hereby directed to issue to said applicant
an order on this curt for the number of bushels and pounds of the above described seed and
feedetuffs, as above stated, oonditioned that said applicant shall elgn a contraot in dupli
cats, attested by said clerk, to the effect that said applicant, for and in consideration o
the seed and feed furnie had him as described in this order and of the value of 78.50, agre
in writing to pay to Kerr County, Texas, the said sum of 78.50, on Aug. 1, 1919, together
with five per cent interest per annum from date of this contract until paid, together with
ten per Dent attorney's Ease on said amount if suit should be brought on same for its
collection, ae is provided for in Section 5 of the Act of the Thirty-fifth Legislature,
Fourt Called Session, 1918, known ea the "Drought Relief Aot."

feedatuffa, to consist of the following: 25 bushels of wheat; 30 bushels of oats.
