EE it remembered that on this the 21st. day of Sept., A. L. 1918, came on
to be heard and casidered the ap,^lication of J. S. A. Spicer, of dart County, Texas, for
a Loan to purahase seed for plantin0: purposes and feedstuffs for the vrork stook of said
applicant for the year 1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court is of the
opinion that said aprlication should he granted and that said applicant be extended a loe
of ;52.50, in seed and feedstuff s, to consist of the following: 50 bushels of oats.
