to be heard and rorsidered the application of J. 5. A. ~pieer, of dart County, Texas, for
a loan to purohase seed for planting. purposes and feedstuffs for the v:ork stook cf said
applioarit far the year 1918, and after due consideration thereof, the court is of the
opinion that said applic atiou should. be bran tad and that said applicant be extended a loe~
of 52.50, in seed and feedstuffs, to consist of the following: 50 bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this court be, and he is hereby directed to issuo Lo said
appliu ant an order on this court for the number of bushels and pounds of the above des-
cribed seed andfeedstuffe, as rhnve stated, conditioned that said applicant shall sign a
