to be heard and considered the application of Albert paschal, of Kerr County, Tease, for
loan to purchase seed for planting purposes and feadatuffa for the work stook of sai8
applicant for the year 1918, and after due aonaideration thereof, the court 1s of the
opinion that said application should be granted and that said applicant be extended a to

bushels of oats.
And the clerk of this court be, and he is hereby directed to issue to said
