heard and considered the shove-and foregoing application of A. L. Colbath of xerr County,
Texas, for a loan to purchase seed for planting purposes and feadetutte for the work stock
of said applicant for the year 1918, and after due oonalderat ion thereof, the court Ss of t
oplnlon that Bald application should be grante3 and that Bald applicant be extended a loan
