All parsons who are property tsa payers and who are qualified electors residing
within said Road Dlatriot fto. Two oY Kerr County, Texas, shall ba allowed to vote at said
election and all votes desiring to support the pr opoaition to issue bonds shall have writ-
ten or printed on their-ballots the words, "Fox the issuance of 66,000.00 of Road Bonds
and for the levy of the necessary tea in support thereof", and all those opposed thereto
shall have written or printed on their ballots the words, "Against the issuance of $6b,000.

to be issued for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating macadamised, gravel-
ed or paved roads and turnpikes or do aid thereof.

as a proper notion of said aleotion, and the County Judge 16 directed to cause said notice
to be published in a newspaper in said Kerr County, Taxae, for four oonaeoutive weeks neat
preceding said aleotion and cause a notice thereof to be posted at the Court House door and
one at three other public places in said Road District Ro. Two of said County for Four oon-
seautiva weoke prior to the data of said aleotion.
