proposition and polioy is a reasonable one, and that said Court House should be re-insured
against lose by Yire, it is here ordered, adjudged and deoreed by the Court that the Court
House oY xerr County, Texas, shall be insured in the amount oY $12,000.00 far five years,
in the St, peal marine m Nire tneuranee Company, and it is further ordered that the premier
on said policy amounting to ;424.80 shall be paid out oY the Advalorem mind to r. ;a.
Peterson, Agent Yar the above Company, and the Olerk shall issue vouoher therefor.

was passed authorising Lee Wallaoe, as County Judge of said County to borrow X36,000.00
from the Chas. 9ohreiner Bank for the purpose of eztinguishing a bond debt Yor like amount
whioh is eaieting against the territory in Kerr County formerly known and designated ae
Road Dietriot Ho. 1. ind the County Judge is hereby authorised to exeoute a note in the
name oY Kerr County for said amount bearing interest nt the rate oY 4-1~8 per Dent, payable
siz months attar date. Said amount to be repaid to the Chao. 9ahreiner Bank out oP the
first money realized Prom the sale of Bonds, not yet approved, against the present Rwd
Dietriot No. 1. "
And the County Judge is hereby instruobed to pay over said amount to the County
Treasurer oY Kerr County, taking reoeipt therefor and filing same in this Court, and the
County Treasurer is hereby inetruoted to pLoe said amount to the oredit oY the sinking
