of an eleotion held in Road District Ao. 3 of Kerr County, Texas, on the 24th day of Februar ,
1920, to determine whether or not the bonds of said Hoad Diatriot should be la sued to the
amount of Twelve Thousand Dollars, bearing interest at a rate to be fixed by the Commissions e
Court not to exoead 6'~,, payable twenty years from date, for the purpose of constructing,
maintaining and operating macadamized, graveiad or paved roads and turnpikes or in aid
thereof and wka then or not q tax in support thereof shall be annually levied, assess ad
and oolleoted on the property subject to taxation 1n said Road District, sufficient to
pay the interest on said bonds to provide the necessary sinking iYtn3 to redeem them at
maturity, and it appearing that said election was in all respects lawfully held, and said
returns duly and legally made, and that there were oast at said eleotion d4 votes of which
number 57 votes were oast "For the issuance of $12,000.JO of Soad donde and for the levy
~f the neaeseary tax in support thereof", and 27 votes were oast "Against the iseuanae
of $12,000.JO Road Bonds and against the levy oY the necessary tax in support thereof",
and no votes mutilated.
It is therefore ordered and declared that the propopition to issue said bonds
and levy of said tax .was sustained by a two-thirds majority of the qualified pr opsrty
taz-payara voting at said eleotion in said Hoad llistriot and Kerr County is authorised to
issue said bonds and t.o levy and have assessed and oolleoted said tax annually.
