1919, and the result of said eleotion wsa duly certified and returned to this Court by the
JudPea and Clerks thereof; and,
NHEREA9, on the 19th day of November, A. D. 1919, this Court ao nsi der ed the
several returns and oanvassed the same, and round that there were cast at said election
127 votes, of which number 92 votes were cast "For the issuance of $65,000.JO Road Bonda
and the levying of the tax in payment th er eoi", and 35 votes were cast, "Against the iasu-
snce of $65,000.JO Hoad Bonds and the levying o2 the tar in payment tirereoi", and this
Court thereupon, by order duly entered, declared that the proposition so submitted was
sustained and adopted by a two-third majority vote of the qualified resident property tas-
payers voting at said eleotion; and
WAERB,AB, this Court has esam;.ned into and investigated the regularity of the
proceedings for ea id eleotion, and Linda that the same was duly and legally held; that the
notice required by law to ba given has been duly and legally given; and that said eleotion
was conducted in strict conformity with all the requirements of law:
