X34,500,00 ,Bonds outstanding against OriFrinal Road Distrist IIo, 1 of F_err County, with
assrued interest, some to be paid in amounts due to each of the respestive owners and
holders of said bands.
The slid bonds to be held by the County Treasurer and the several amounts to be
held by the rospestive payees to await the approval or non-approval of the Attorney General
of Teaas oY the record in the Mond Issue Por nePr Road Distrist 2To. 1 of ?'err Covnty.
IP said record should be approved by the Attorney General then said Bonds to be ˘ane elled
by the County Treasurer and said payienta to be Pinal and full payments 2or said bonds,
and if not approved then said bonds to be returned to the respestive ormers and said pay-
ments to be returned to the County Treasurer oP Kerr County.
