°;e, the :mdersigned hereby petition the Commissioners' Court of Y_err Coanty,to make
the Yollowing ch~:nge in the Cherry Creek and Comfort Road. Beginning 43 ft.E. of there the
old road crosses Bear Hollow; Thenco 195 ft. north west, than 240 ft.south west of the place
of beginning into the old road crossing the land of Gustav Zeeder; said change making s
better $oute and straightening the said Cherry Creex and Comfort Road.
