COIINT~ OF KERR. ) WHEREAS, on the 16 day of $arch,1921, a petition was presented
to me~Por an election in Common Sohool Distriat Noll of this County on the question of
authorising a tax oP and at the rate of not exoeeding b0 acute on the ~p100 valuation oY tax-
able property in said Dletriat, Por the purpose of supplementing the State Sahool Fund ap-
portioned to said District, said ~efiition bearing the requisite number oP signatures oP pro-
perty taxpaying voters oP said DiatY iot, and being in every reepeat in oonformity with law=
NOW,THEREFORE, I,Lee Walleoe, in my capacity ae County Judge oP Kerr County,Texas, do
hereby order that sn election be held on the 16 day oP Apri1,1921, at the Sohool House in
said Common Sohool District Nell, oP this tlounty ea established by order oP the Commiaeione
Oourt oP this County, oP date the 14 day of November,1914, which is recorded in Book "G" peg
141, oP the minutes of said Court, to determined whether a majority of the legally qualified
property taxpaying voters oP that DDletriot desire to tax themaelvos Por the purpose oP sup-
plementing the State Sahool Fund apportioned to said District, and to determine whether the
Commissioners' Court of this County shall be authorized to levy, saess and collect annually
a tea of and at the rate oP not eaoeeding 50 acute on the ;100 valuation oP triable property
in said District for said p~pose, Budo1P Nnarnberger is hereby appointed ~xesiding Officer
for said eleation, and he shall select two judges and two clerks to assist him in holding
the same, and he shall, within five days after said election has been held, make duo return
thereoY to the Commissioners' Court oY this County as is required by law for holding a gener+
eleation.
The ballots Por said election shall have written or printod thereon the following:

°AGAINST THE SCHOOL TAS".
All persona who are legally qualified voters of this State and oP`~thia County, and who
are resident property teapayere in said District shall be entitled to vote at said eleotlw
The Sheriff oP this Ooanty shall give notice of said election by posting fibres notices
at three public pisses in the said Distriot Por three weeks before the eleation.
