Ba it further ordered that a Special fund to be called the Tick Eradication
Fund shell be set aside ont~oY:yhe General Yund of Kerr County which shall be used Yor
the payment oP interest on said l~Jarranta and principal thereof at maturlty and Yor no
other purpose,
That to create said fund, to pay the interest on said Warrants end to pro-
vide the_neceasary sinking Yund to pay the principal thereof at maturity s tax oY and
at the rate of Pour cents on each One Hundred Dollars valuation of all taxable prop-
erty in Kerr County, Texas out oY the Constitutional limitation oY 25 cants general
fund tax of said County shall be annually levied, assessed and collected and said
tax is hereby levied Yor the current year and so much thereof as shall be necessary
for each succeeding year while said Warrants are outstanding and the same shall be
annually assessed and collected and applied to the purpose named.

the purpose of determining whether or not the County Commiasionera Oourt of said Counties
a hall ba authorized to levy, assess and collect annually a tax oY Yiftaen cents an increase
over the present YiYteen cents making a total oY thirty cents on the one hundred dollar
valuation oY taxable property in said district Yor the purpose oY eupplimenting the State
School Fund apportioned to said District, and it appearing to the Court that said election
was in all respects legally held and that said returns ware duly and legally made and that
there ware east at said election 139 votes oY which number there were oast:
